What You’ll Be Doing
In this unique role, you will have End-to-End QA responsibility: defining, building, and leading our quality strategy. You'll have the opportunity to shape your role and make a significant creative impact. You will be reporting to the CTO and a founding manager.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy, incorporating GenAI capabilities
- Write E2E infrastructure and automated tests
- Prepare test plans for new features
- Conduct manual QA and regression testing
- Perform performance testing
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Report and analyze quality metrics
- Become a product expert
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS and web software quality assurance
- Proven experience in both automated and manual testing
- Experience in testing complex environments (an advantage)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript
- Experience with QA tools and frameworks like Playwright and Percy
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Familiarity with GIT
- Experience with testing application integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce - an advantage)
- High level of proficiency in English
- Curiosity to adopt AI tools for testing processes
- Strong accountability and interpersonal skills
- Self-managed and self-learner
- BA in computer science or a similar relevant field (an advantage)
