What You’ll Be Doing

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for our customers- Carry and exceed quarterly ARR quotas.

You will:

  • Own the post-sales implementation process, ensuring customers successfully adopt and integrate EverAfter into their workflows.
  • Manage onboarding projects, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive smooth implementations.- Contribute to outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Handle technical setup, including system configurations, integrations (e.g., CRM, API connections), and troubleshooting issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, guiding themthrough best practices and ensuring adoption.
  • Train and educate customers on platform capabilities, ensuring they achieve key usage milestones.
  • Continuously optimize onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the bridge between customers and the product team, providing insights to enhance the platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in implementation management, solution engineering, or professional services in a B2B SaaS company.
  • A strong blend of technical expertise (API integrations, CRM implementation, software configuration) and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and project plans.
  • Experience with EverAfter as a user - A big plus!
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Passion for user experience and designing customer-friendly solutions.
  • Experience implementing solutions designed for sales and post-sales teams, including Customer Success and Revenue Operations - A big plus!
