What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for manual testing of our platform, ensuring the highest quality of our product. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that new features and improvements meet our quality standards. You will report to the VP Product & Strategy and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct manual QA and regression testing of new features and fixes
- Prepare and execute test plans based on feature specifications
- Identify, document, and track bugs in our system
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform usability and exploratory testing
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports
What We Are Looking For
- An experienced professional seeking part-time work (2+ years of experience in manual testing in a SaaS/web platforms ) or a student in a relevant field (computer science/engineering)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to follow detailed test plans and document outcomes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of testing application integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce - an advantage)
- High level of proficiency in English
- Interest in technology and desire to grow within the QA field
