💬  Internal comments and @ Mentions

Comments allow you, your customer, and your team to communicate about specific widgets and tasks.  Now, you can write internal comments that are only visible to team members and update specific people using mentions.

🎞️ Seamlessly share smart slides with customers

Hub presentations keep looking better with more customization options. We have improved the widget layout to keep slides more professional and support your company images to be displayed along Sections and regular widgets.

⚡ Trigger actions in your tech stack from EverAfter

EverAfter can now make changes within other platforms based on customer actions on their hubs. Do this after a survey response, updating meeting notes, and completing a task. For example: Update your CS Platform with every new survey response, add meeting notes to Salesforce when sharing them with customers, open a monday.com or Asana task for your team upon task completion, and more!

🦘 Jump to an account page from anywhere

If you manage many customers or find yourself moving between many pages in your workspace, don't you wish you could navigate directly to the account page of a specific customer? Well… now you can! Enter Ctrl+k/⌘+k to open a search dialogue, begin typing the customer name, and select the relevant result.
